We are looking for a motivated Executive IT Field Engineer to join our Dedicated Services team where we work with a wide variety of technologies and support a very diverse client base. The Dedicated Services team is the primary technical contact for the key executives and VIPs of our clients. This dedicated service requires outgoing individuals who are highly confident in their technical skills and can comfortably engage with executives who often have zero time to deal with IT issues. Your success will be measured based on the individual relationships and trust you build with client executives. This role often requires traveling to client sites and executive homes to resolve their individual IT concerns, which may include computer issues, Microsoft 365 capabilities, or client-specific applications across multiple industries.

• Ability to coordinate between external vendors to quickly resolve issues
• Initiative to discover and develop solutions that meet client expectations
• Proven ability to make reasonable decisions and know when to escalate
• Consistently balance executive support with internal company KPIs

Technical:

• Expert in Windows 10/11 and macOS operating system support
• Master in Azure AD/Microsoft 365 solutions and administration
• Skilled in troubleshooting network hardware and configuration
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 product deployment and support
• Efficient with iOS/Android device provisioning and support

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• 5 years of providing Remote Support
• 3 Years Hands on Desktop/Network Support
• 3 Years of providing Client Facing (e.g. Field) support
• 3 Years Supporting Office 365 clients
• Bachelor Degree in related field, preferred but not required
